Kebabs are traditionally associated with meat and historically kebabs originated in the Middle East and later adopted in Central Asia, before spreading worldwide. Kebabs are also associated with “shish” which basically means skewer and commonly kebabs are served with flat breads such a Rumali roti, ulta tawa pratha and even roti canai in some places….. So kebabs are basically made by following quite similar methods throughout the world
But this particular dish is dedicated to those people who are vegetarian. This recipe is very simple and quite easy to make. As people who are vegetarian have few choices for core ingredients in vegetarian recipes, corn is an amazing alternative to enjoy kebabs …..

For making 9 bite size corn kebabs
Ingredients:
1 cup ground corn kernel
2 Tbsps. capsicum (bell pepper)
1 mid – size chilly (1 tsp.)
1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper
3 Tbsps. of rice flour
Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
KEY POINTS:
1) Ground corns should not contain any water
2) Chop capsicum into very small cubes
3) Turn the heat to mid – low as soon as you dump in all the corn kebabs in the hot oil
