1-2 Green Chillies

4-5 Garlic Cloves

1 Inch Ginger

2 Tomatoes

1/2 kg Rohu Fish

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Salt

 

FOR COOKING

1/2 Cup Oil

1 tsp Kalonji

2 Bay Leaves

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
