500 Gms Raw Mutton
350 Gms Onions ( 5 onions)
100 – 150 ml Mustard Oil ( Well Heated)
2 Whole Garlic
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
WHOLE SPICE MIX
- 3 Dried Red Chillies
- 3 Green Chillies
- 4 – 5 Black Peppercorns
- 3 – 4 Green Cardamom
- 1 Cinnamon
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 4 – 5 Laung
- 3/4 tsp Coarse Sauf
- 1 Tej Patta
GROUND SPICE MIX
- 3 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Haldi Powder
Also You Need Dough To Seal The Handi

- Make sure to mix the onions and the spice well with the mutton
- Cook on the lowest possible flame
- Don’t cook on dum for more than 30 minz
- Be carefull the handi can burn mutton from the bottom
