1 Lemon Juice

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)

3 Tbsp Sugar

3 Green Chillies

1 Inch Ginger

2 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)

2 tsp Eno or Baking Powder

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE TADKA

2 Tbsp Oil

Pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

4 Green Chillies

Curry Leaves

500ml Water

2 Tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Lemon Juice
