This Holi all I was thinking is to making something easy that everyone can make quickly and which not be very tough and then I came across this recipe, a kachori that you can make so easily you just need chutney and and obviously you need khasta kachori dough… honestly it took me only 1 hr to make it start to finish and I hope you like this recipe aswell Happy Holi..
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE DOUGH:
2 Cups / 250 gms All Purpose Flour or Maida
1/4th Cup / 65 Gms Desi Ghee
1 tsp salt
1/2 Cup /125 Gms Water
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE STUFFING:
2 Cups / 400 Gms Bhujiya
8 Tbsp Imli ki chutney
50 gms Almonds or Badam
50 gms Cashew or Kaju
50 gms Raisins or Kishmish
INSTRUCTION TO MAKE THE RECIPE :
POINTS TO REMEMBER :
- Mix the ghee thoroughly with the flour before adding water
- Rest the dough for 30 minz covered with a damp cloth
- make all the stuffing balls and the dough balls before hand
- Fry all the kachoris together so that the level of heat is maintained
