2 Roti (Chapaties)

1 Boiled Potato

1 Inch Ginger

2 Green Chillies

1/2 onion

3/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

3/4 Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1.5 tsp Coriander Powder

2 tsp Besan (Gram Flour)

1 Tbsp Oil

Oil for Frying

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GRAVY

1 Onion

2-3 Green Chillies

2 -3 Garlic Cloves

1 Inch Ginger

1 Cup Curd

1/2 Tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 Bay Leaf

2 Dried Red Chillies

 

FOR COOKING

1 Big Spoon Oil

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 Roasted Kasuri Methi

1/2 – 1 Cup Water
