Coriander Leaves

1/2 Cup Curd

1 Inch Ginger

1 Big Spoon Mustard Oil

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Bay Leaf

A pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

1 tsp Salt

*Spice Mix

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi

 

*SPICE MIX

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder (Sonth)

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
