2 – 3 Dried Red Chilli
4 – 5 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
2 Tbsp Almonds
2 Tbsp Cashews
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp Haldi Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Kasturi Methi
3 Tbsp Coconut Milk
Water For Cooking

1/4 Cup Frozen Peas
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1 Inch Ginger Chopped
1 Onion Finely Chopped
3 Medium size Boiled Potatoes
2 Tbsp Besan
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Aamchoor Powder
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
¼ tsp Ajwain

- Make Sure to add Besan to bind the kofta balls
- Roast The Onion and the tomatoes well for better flavour
- Make sure to add coconut milk otherwise the gravy feel incomplete
