By now you all know I love pizza be it any form, ok I love fast since my childhood but my mom have been very protective about it that I don’t eat too much of it… she always say that “if you will make it at home you can have it” but what did my mom knew how much I love to cook so here is my simple cheat pizza my 15 minutes Pan Pizza, I hope you like this recipe…
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE DOUGH:
1 Cup or 250 gms All Purpose Flour /Maida
2 tsp Sugar (granulated)
¾ tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee / Butter
½ tspBaking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Citric Acid/Ascorbic Acid
A little less than ½ Cup Milk
Pizza Sauce (as per your wish)
Mozzarella Cheese (as per your wish)
Pizza Toppings (as per your wish)
*Garlic Flavoured Butter Oil (as per your wish)
*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GARLIC FLAVOURED BUTTER OIL
4 Tbsp Vegetable Refined Oil
1 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Italian / Pizza Seasoning
ALTERNATIVES FOR CITRIC ACID:
- 3 -4 Tbsp Yogurt / Curd
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
IMPORTANT POINTS:
- Make sure you knead the dough with warm milk
- Cook the pizza base twice, first on a high flame the let it rest then again cook it on a low flame with the toppings and cheese
- Use garlic butter oil properly otherwise it will be hard to get good flavours and it also promotes even cooking.
