5 Raw Bananas

1 Onion

1/2 Inch Ginger

2 Green Chillies

Fresh Coriander Leaves

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

 

FOR GRAVY

4 Tomatoes

2 Onion

3 Green Chillies

6-7 Garlic  Cloves

1 Inch Ginger

 

GROUND SPICE MIX

2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Gram Flour

1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Bay Leaf

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

 

FOR COOKING

1-2 Big Serving Spoon Oil

1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)

1 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Roasted Kasuri Methi

2-3 Cups Water
