250gms Bathua

250gms Palak

8 Green Chillies

10-12 Garlic Cloves

1 Inch Ginger

2 tsp Salt

2-3 Laddle Water

2-3 tsp Cornflour

 

FOR COOKING

2 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 Onion

1 Tomato

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Coriander Powder

 

TO PREPARE TADKA

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1/2 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)

3 Green Chillies

2 Dried Red Chillies

2-3 Garlic Cloves
