2 Cups Nutri Soya Chunks (Soya Badi)

1.5 Onion

Fresh Coriander Leaves

1/2 Inch Ginger

4-5 Green Chillies

7-8 Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor)

1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

2 Tbsp Cornstarch

2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

1/2 tsp Kevra Water

 

Oil for Frying
