TO MARINATE

¼ Cup Curd

1 Lemon Juice

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tsp Biryani Masala

Fresh Coriander Leaves

Fresh Mint Leaves

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Salt

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 Bay Leaf

4-5 Green Cardamom

5-6 Black Pepper

 

FOR COOKING

2 Tomato

1 Onion

1 tsp Salt

¾ Cup Water
