INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :

1 Cup Soya Chunks

1 Carrot

2 Potatoes

50gms Beans

3 Green Chillies

1 Lemon Juice

2 Onions

1/2 Capsicum

*WHOLE SPICE MIX COMBINATION

** GROUND SPICE MIX COMBINATION

300 gms Basmati Long Grain Rice

1 Ltr Water + 1 Tbsp Salt (FOR BOILING RICE)

1 Cup Rice Water

2 tsp Kewra water

1 Tbsp Ghee+1/2 tsp Biryani Masala

100 gas Coriander Leaves(Optional)

50gms Mint Leaves. (Optional)

1/3 Cup Curd

1/2 Cup Milk + Kesar

1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE WHOLE SPICE MIX:

4 Black Pepper

1 Cinnamon Stick

3 -4 Green Cardamom

4 Cloves or Laung

1 Bay Leaf or Tej Patta

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE GROUND SPICE MIX:

1/2 tsp Haldi Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Biryani Masala

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

1 tsp Salt

INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:

 

POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • marinate the nutrella chunks for a long time
  • use good quality long grain rice
  • cook on a very lowflame 
  • add ample water in the end other thebiryani can burn from the bottom
  • do not cook for a very long time
