1 tsp Cumin Seeds

a pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 Tsp Desi Ghee

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

A pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

2 Dried Red Chillies
