INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE

 

TO PREPARE BATTER

300gms Rice

100gms Urad Dal

1 tsp Fenugreek  Seeds

1 Tbsp Sugar

1/8 Cup Suji (Semolina)

1/2 Cup Sour Curd

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Powder

 

TO PREPARE ALOO MASALA

1/2 tsp Chana Dal

1/2 tsp Urad Dal

1 Tbsp Peanuts

1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds

1 Tbsp Peas

1 Onion

2-3 Green Chillies

1 Inch Ginger

3 Boiled Potatoes

Hing (Asafoetida)

1.5 Cup Water

1 tsp Salt

 

SPICE MIX

1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor)

1/4 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
