4 Flour Tortilla / Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 Onion Chopped
Lettuce As Desired
Chipotle Mayo As Desired
4 – 6 Chicken Patty*
*INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHICKEN PATTY
200 Gms Chicken Breast
½ tsp Salt
¼ – ½ tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Ginger Powder / Sonth Powder
¼ tsp Cumin / Jeera Powder
¼ tsp Coriander / Dhaniya Powder
¼ tsp White / Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
8 Drops Food Color
6 Tbsp ICE COLD WATER
1 tsp Paprika / Deggi Mirch Powder
½ tsp Tomato Paste / Tomato Puree (you can also use any pasta and pizza sauce as well)
½ tsp Saturated Fat**
** Saturated Fat You Can Use:
Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil/Vanaspati Ghee
Clarified Butter / Desi Ghee
Unsalted Butter
INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE THE RECIPE:
KEY POINTS:
- Make sure you mix the chicken for 5 – 10 minutes that will give that chewy texture
- Use Ice Cold Water only
- Make sure to rest the spiced chicken mince for minimum of 1 hour
