3 Tbsp Moong Dal

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

3 Cup Water

1 Onion

1 Tomato

6-7 Garlic Cloves

1 Inch Ginger

3 Green Chillies

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

 

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE 2nd TADKA

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

a pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Coriander Leaves

 

INGREDIENTS TO COOK RICE

1 Cup Long Grain Rice

1 Tbsp Desi Ghee

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

2 green Chillies

1.5 Cup Water

1 tsp Salt

Coriander Leaves
