1 Inch Ginger

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds

 

GROUND SPICE MIX

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

3/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor)

1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

 

Fresh Coriander Leaves

3 tsp Rice Flour

1 tbsp Oil

Oil for Frying
