4 tsp Tea or 4 tea bags

2 Black Cardamom

Small Piece of Cinnamon Stick

7-8 Cloves

2 Bay Leaves

2 tsp Salt

3/4 tsp Baking Soda

 

WHOLE SPICE MIX

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

5-6 Cloves

1 Black Cardamom

1 Bay Leaves

3 Dried Red Chillies

7-8 Black Peppercorns

5 Green Cardamom

Mace

Nutmeg

1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi

 

GROUND SPICE MIX

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 Tbsp Coriander Powder

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Dry Mango Powder / Amchoor

2 tsp Anardana Powder

 

1 Boiled Potatoes

1/4 Cup Desi Ghee

Hing

Ginger

Green Chillies
